It has been one week since we opened all of our branch lobbies to operate with normal business hours. We are pleased to welcome you back to our lobbies and will continue to be socially responsible in the effort to control the COVID-19 pandemic.  We have taken extra sanitizing precautions and are encouraging social distancing in our locations.  The health and safety of our staff and customers remains our highest priority.

As we continue to be socially responsible in the effort to control the COVID-19 pandemic, we remain open, fully staffed and ready to assist with all of your financial needs.  Although our lobbies remain temporarily closed, the lending staff has been busy working with our small business customers on the Payroll Protection Program thru the SBA as part of the CARES Act stimulus package. 

This week, Laura Kelly, Kansas Governor, extended the “Stay at Home” order through Sunday, May 3, 2020.  Our Pandemic Team meets regularly and is keeping up-to-date on these ever changing circumstances. I want to remind you, our Customer Support Center is available 620.663.1521 and our employees are ready to assist you with questions, transactions, or to help you register and learn how to use our electronic banking services.

We look forward to the day that we can re-open our lobbies for our customers. To that end, we are making preliminary plans so that we will be prepared to serve you effectively and safely.

This week many of us experienced additional changes as it relates to the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Our everyday lives have been considerably changed in the wake of this situation.  The counties we serve and the state of Kansas are under a “Stay at Home” order however, First National Bank is considered an essential business and will continue to provide assistance with any of your financial needs. While keeping the safety and well-being of you and our staff the highest priority, we will continue to offer you personalized service.     

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act allocated $350 billion to help small businesses keep workers employed amid the pandemic and economic downturn. Known as the Paycheck Protection Program, the initiative provides 100% federally guaranteed loans to small businesses.  First National Bank is currently working diligently to help our customers with these loan requests.

As the days go by, most aspects of our daily lives have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.  I want to remind you that in these uncertain times, we are still here for you.  While keeping the safety and well-being of you and our staff the highest priority, we continue to provide uninterrupted access to your banking services through our state-of-the-art online and mobile banking platform.

All of our locations continue to operate as drive-thru only with the exception of the Dillons Marketplace Branch which is temporarily closed (3200 Plaza East Drive, Hutchinson, KS).  If you need to make an appointment, need to access your safe deposit box or have questions regarding your accounts, please call one of our customer representatives at 620.663.1521.  In addition, our dedicated bankers in consumer lending, commercial lending, wealth management and farm management are still available to help with any of your needs.  Contact your banker directly or call customer service to setup an appointment.

Welcome Back to our Lobbies!

  • We are following state and local maximum occupancy requirements, therefore the number of customers in the lobby may be restricted.
  • If you have flu like symptoms, please do not enter.
  • You may be asked to temporarily remove your face mask for identification.
     

All staff members and patrons that choose to use First National Bank facilities are doing so on a voluntary basis. All staff members and patrons recognize the risk in coming to our locations and interacting with other patrons, guests, and staff. No person with a fever of 100 degrees or greater, or with any symptoms of COVID-19 may enter First National Bank. By entering our facility, you acknowledge this place of business is not liable for the spread or transfer of any virus or illness as a result of being on First National Bank property.
