Celebrating the Art of Life

One of The First’s longstanding traditions is a rotating, gallery-style art display in the lobby of our Main Office in Hutchinson. We’re proud to support our local and regional culture by showcasing the work of students, amateurs and professional artists from near and far.

June/July - Kayann Ausherman

Throughout the months of June and July, a display of paintings by Kayann Ausherman will be featured behind the teller line in the lobby of the Sherman & Main location of First National Bank of Hutchinson.

Kayann lives on Victory Road in rural Reno County. More than a physical place, Victory Road symbolizes her creative journey through faith and life. Ausherman uses her website, fromvictoryroad.com, as a vehicle to make readily available practical and aesthetic artwork, which includes a line of vintage and “upcycled” items. Although Kayann loves to experiment with new techniques and mediums, paintings currently on display include both acrylic and watercolors.
