Domestic and international wire transfers may be easily initiated through the ExtraNet, a secure Web-based connection to First National Bank. We process these wire transfers through a direct line with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
Outgoing wires are transmitted promptly and honored the same day, if the request is made during business hours. Our wire department begins receiving and sending wires at 8:00 a.m. CST and processes same-day activity with a normal cutoff time of 3:20 p.m. CST. Should we receive an outgoing wire request after the cutoff, it will be handled, as long as it is received by 5:00 p.m.
Incoming wires will be deposited to your account up to 5:00 p.m. Notification of incoming and outgoing wires is provided through the ExtraNet, which adjusts your live position allowing you to monitor your bank’s most current activity.
To help with BSA compliance requirements, the ExtraNet provides the benefit of automatic scanning of domestic and international wire transfers against the OFAC SDN list, along with manual search options.
